Does this exist?

One of my friends was asking me advise about picking a camera today, there were three requirements:

1 Small size is extremely important but as a reference it can be a little bit bigger than my nikon S600

2 A lens more on the telephoto end then the wide-angle

3 And here's the one that made it really hard, she can't stand proprietary batteries at all so AA or AAA only

the first two can be compromised slightly, but more to there end

    Canon A720IS or SX100IS.

    Not real small, but AA's. Anything with AA's with be thicker, since they take 2 and usually make up the grip.

    Ditto on what Grainbelt said. Those are probably going to be your friends best bet. They are not quite as small but they are not all that big either... Good luck!
