PCA ClubRace at VIR
I was able to get my PCA ClubRace License last weekend, and participate in the "Rumble at the Oak Tree" PCA race at VIR.
Between driving and prepping, my son and I were able to venture around the track and grab some pics. Here's a few highlights:
1. My car (1984 944 in SP2 Class)
These are our "Team" members:
2. Carl
3. Patrick
4. Timmy
5. George
6. Lawson
7. and Charlie L.
8. Ken, our photographer....
9. ....and cook :clap
10. This is Charlie M., shop owner that supports us at the track

But I will warn you that the gallery contains about 600 pics. I've culled most of the bad stuff out already, but some pics are boring and/or not 100%. And only minor PP in Lightroom. I shoot randomly whenever I can get behind the camera, and don't try to get each & ever participant as so the "pros" that are at the track. I share mine with the other racers & friends, and let them save the low-rez versions I post online. I realize this may be counter to some philosophies on Dgrin, but until I retire from my day job, and try to do this for $, I guess I'll be staying among the lower ranks...:giggle
