Visible prices question

Hi. I have set my prices on various albums, no problem. However, when a customer clicks on a photo to order them, they can see the wholesale prices for the versions I don't offer. e.g. I only want customers to be able to purchase 'lustre' paper - but they can see the 19 cent wholesale price for glossy etc.

Sorry if this is a duplicate - couldn't find a recent thread on this.

Any help greatly appreciated! :dunno

If you don't want to offer a particular product, you set it's price to zero and then your customers will not even see that product listed for sale. So, if you don't want to offer glossy, then just set all glossy to zero.

I just looked at a different gallery - same problem. I was not logged in when I looked. I can see the entire price list. I even looked on my husband's computer. It's the same problem in all of my galleries. Gulp!

Sorry , I misunderstood about setting the price to"0". I thought a blank = 0. I was wrong. I have fixed it. Thanks for your help.wings.gif

That is a common perception (that blank=0). Glad you got it fixed.
