Help with website charging

Well, I picked up my first soccer team (99% sure) and I'm excited. Shooting sports and portraits as my OWN side business is gonna be great I think. I will be selling prints/CDs to parents but the coach has asked me if I could come down once a week/twice a month/whatever/etc. and take pictures of everyone playing so they can use the pictures for their website. He asked how much that would be and I said I would call him and discuss it. I was straight with him and said, "Ya know, I haven't really thought about that so let me give you a call and we'll work something out." He was cool with that.
That's part one.
I've also picked up a law firm that wants candid-like portraits of them at work and with families for their flash website.
What it all comes down to is this: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO CHARGE!
I need to do some research in the area and see what others might charge for this type of thing but I'd appreciate any starter tips you guys could give me. Thank you!
