Hey Winston,
Not crazy about the photoshoped towers in 1.
2 feels like it's missing something to be really splendid. Maybe tinting the building a bit more gold. I would like to see more of its base if that is possible.

Thanks E, more of the base isn't possible... but I will certainly try to gold things up a bit...

Tough choice. The reason being ... I totally love the symbolism of #1, and the in your face PS doesn't bother me much, but I can see it turning off a judge. #2 lacks pizazz for splendor, but is a nice shott nonetheless.

Pending what you come up with to liven up #2, I like #1 better.
