Do we have access to buyer email address list?

If I want to email all of the people who have bought from my site, is there a way I can get access to the email list of these buyers?

    Click "download" at the top of your pro sales page, and you'll get a spreadsheet of all your orders including e-mail addresses.

    I don't have any customers yet, but I was thinking that when I added photos or had updates to my site, I would be able to send them an email.
