Hmm. Did the domain transfer and everything worked great. Until today. I get the following error message when trying to access my site:
Invalid URL

The requested URL "/", is invalid. Reference #9.8c4d32d0.1219684224.0

Has the IP for SM changed of which I need to be aware?

Thank you in advance,
BarelyNice

Heh. I came here for the exact same reason. No changes server side and everything is setup according to Smugmugs guide.

It would appear that I did not have it setup properly and Smugmug made some changes on the backend that broke it.

    Fix is here: http://dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=905521&postcount=4

Thanks Doc! I could have sworn I had it set up properly. :-)

I'm now just waiting for the new DNS settings to take.

You guys in support are a large part of the reason I signed up with SmugMug. You rock!

Yep now waiting for DNS to update. Why an alert e-mail wasn't sent out I'll never know this seems like something that would be on my radar if I was running the site.

    Pete,

We did not know that it would cause the problem until it was too late. We also did not know that so many users had their domains set up incorrectly. We have never instructed users to set their domains up like they had them. There was no way to track what methods where used. We do apologize that it happened.
