I shoot all sorts of school events in my school district. I felt proud that I use SmugMug when I got this email from a customer.

[My daughter] found out today she has to have brain surgery in the near furture and will be out for about a month. She would like to hold off until the holiday's if everthing goes ok but we are not sure, so I am trying to get all the pictures I can. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and for also making it so easy to order.
Her order included different size prints, and different crops - she obviously took her time and used the interface - even in the face of such ominous news.

I wish them all the best, and I thank SmugMug for letting my work have a positive effect on the people around me.
