WTB: Canon "foot" for Speedlite 580EX

One of mine melted and I'm hoping someone has a spare they would give up for some ca$h. Any other accessories that would connect a speedlite to an umbrella stand without being a peanut slave would be welcome. Thanks!

whoops, I meant the little stand. Canon calls it a foot in the manual.....D

I use the little plastic stand as well, but agree there are better...much better solutions.

I just bought one of those from the Canon parts department and it was about $15 plus shipping. I'll try and look up the number but if you call any of the canon numbers just ask for parts, their pretty friendly the 2 or 3 times I've had to call.

**edit - just checked the number, its: 1-800-828-4040**
