    I think the neck and shoulder are way to over exposed, and you need to work on your B&W conversion... check out the dgrin BW conversion tutorials... I can't tell what the hand is doing? ne_nau.gif is she hungry? or getting ready to flip someone the bird? I can't tell what the communication is? verbal? hand signal? or sign language? And I really don't like the fact that her hair is in her eye... overall not a really great shot... I would suggest getting more creative and try to communicate a message with your communication shot...
