todays pix of the Plover chick....... it appears that the piece of grass through the nose has gone,...... Needed flash fill but as I was hiding behind a car in the driveway next door and shooting under the car, it would not have worked too well. The dark grey edge at the bottom of frame is the drive, forgot to crop.........
