Overall Nice work....
1- This one doesn't work for me. To soft....only the one eye in focus. Not sure what focal legth, but on 50-85mm F4 (not sure of your settings)might be too shallow at this range.
2- Nice composition, sharpness and conversion. A little more contrast probably wouldn't hurt....but it is a fine image!
3-The right eye is sharper than the left....but it is acceptable. Must have been wide open aperture. You will still get huge bokeh this close at smaller aperture.
4- The bright grass and white space behind his shoulder kill it some for me....maybe better in a tighter crop.
