Freelance photo cataloger

I have 3 years woth of photos that I need to catalog by category, subcateogry and keyword to improve storage and more importantly, retrieval purposes. Anyone know of a freelance photo cataloger that could take this on? Or anyone have suggestions of where else I could look? Thanks.
