or so my daughter thinks she is :rofl This picture is too cute to discard. Anyone feeling generous in the editing world today? I'd really like to do something spectacular with this photo, but I just don't have the skills or the programs. I only have PSE, and have minimal skills on that.

What a cutie!! What gorgeous eyes! She is a princess in my book.

I worked on the photo a bit and ended up with this version which is pretty close to the third one done by LadyTX.

Good luck!! And keep taking photos of your daughter.

The light from the right side seems too hot for me, so I toned it down a bit. Color was a little washed out on my monitor, so I warmed it up a bit, then sharpened her eyes and lips just a bit. She is a beautiful child.

Beautiful child and beautiful photo of her. Your post processing skills will come with practice and feedback from the folks here at DG. I still have a long way to go, but they have been a huge help to me.

That they do, I have felt such a warm welcome, being a lack luster photographer in a sea of pros!! iloveyou.gif

I like Scotty_R and ladytx black & white version. I would darken that left pupil more in Scotty_R's.
I'd suggest keep playing with PSE and don't be afraid until you know it's limits. It does have limits but there's still a lot you can do!

I make no claim to spectacular, but do offer a different take on the processing.
