Slide Bait Fishing - A little bit of mess, a whole lot of drinking while waiting. It's a great thing!

Wife and I were invited to spend the sunset with a couple of serious fisherman.

Six poles mere feet apart.


Lines are cast down into the bay before sunset.


Time to cut the bait - octopus legs (and head)


Since the lines are already cast, the baits are added to the line via a curly swivel attachment.


Watch out below! Raw squid sliding overhead, time for the "shot and cover." (I think Anna was aiming for me)


Sunset and all baits should be in the water - it's feeding time
