My list of issues

1. Can't add photos currently, Go to ADD PHOTO, get page not found.

2. SLOW SLOW SLOW when trying to move anywhere in my gallery.

3. Issues that continue to seem prevelent are site slowness.

4. Also, you load photos, then you try to find them, you can't. So you load them again, then next thing you know there are two copies.

Frustration seems to be the keyword anymore. We went through this for a long time, then things got better for a while, now here we go again. :rolleyes

Sorry for RANT, but at this point, I'm not real happy.

See here, http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=103873 we've just invested a boatload of energy and money into speeding things up more. This is on top of ajaxing the site over a year ago, and many other massive speed boosts with a ton of $ invested. I'm sorry it's slow for you. These usually work out to be ISP related and we can help diagnose - we need some info:

Would you mind running a line quality test for us? You go here:
    http://www.dslreports.com/linequality
Sign up and run the test. Registration there is free. After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to our servers. Post the link to the results when you get them.

    Traceroute please, too:

Instructions to run a traceroute on a PC:
    http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/2959046
That will help us see if and where any problems may be.

To run a traceroute on a Mac, follow the instructions here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/3073291
Copy and paste the results to us here.
    4. Also, you load photos, then you try to find them, you can't. So you load them again, then next thing you know there are two copies.
Can you please give specific examples and data - what uploader? What gallery? This is most unusual and we want to help you.

One thing you can do to prevent this is to check your upload log. That will show the status of your uploads - whether or not smugmug has received them, whether they've made it through the processing queue, etc.:
