High res vs web ready images and sales

I thought with the pro level you could upload web size images that look good online, then have the option of loading a high res image when there is a sale. I did that, but when I look at my shopping options, it's only giving me the sizes that the low res image will work for, rather than all options.

Also, is there a way to eliminate certain products altogether?

Hi Diana,

I'm sorry for the confusion, but since we have no way of telling what resolution your original photo is in, you can't upload your photos in a lower resolution and have all printing options show up. You would need to upload the photos in the same resolution with a higher compression setting. That'll speed up your upload and then once the photo is ordered, you replace it with a high quality version of the same resolution.

I cannot get the high resolution images to look good. I've read about the unsharpening mask features and tried changing settings, but the photos look terrible. I want them SHARP. They're 400 dpi, 3888X2593.
