Viveza and LR2

I've seen this software praised on this forum, and having researched it further it looks very cool. I use LR2 (not directly supported by Viveza) and only reluctantly round-trip from there into CS3. Given LR2's new selective adjustment capabilities, does anyone have thoughts on the incremental value of Viveza?

    Yeah...Adobe trumped Nik! :D

Viveza is cool but LR is cooler...although I still have a hard time paying the a$king price for either.

Tx - you saved me some dough! But if you have LR 1, LR 2 upgrade is only $99, which I imagine is less than Viveza stand-alone.

    I didn't know that Viveza had a stand-alone version. I thought it was a $250 plug-in that needs a host program.

    Either way - $99 vs $250 is a no-brainer.

That and the fact that LR is totally non destructive and working from the raw data, the other product can't do either.
