I know there are a couple folks around here that have used Scopetronix adapters. Any comments on them positive or negative??? I'm looking at getting the MaxView II and attachment kit for my Canon G5. Any one used the MaxView II?

    Hey Eric,

I'm using a MaxView for my camera (CoolPix 950) and have been happy
with the results. I've purchased a couple of other items from ScopeTronix
and been happy with their service.

How do you like using the CP 950 with a telescope? I figured the CP 950 would be a bit of a pain since it lacks a manual exsposure mode.

    It's a huge PITA.

I picked up a t-ring for 10d. But I think what I want is something more like
    the dSLR MaxView.

I figured it would be. That's why I never got an adapter to use my CP 950 with a telescope. I went with the t-ring for my 35mm equipment. Problem is the only 35mm camera I have right now is an F5. The thing is so heavy that I don't like mounting it on the back of either one of my scopes.
