Pricing for Personal Use License/Commercial Use

I'm fairly new to the sports photography business and have so far not done personal use licenses for my photos. I keep getting requests to download for screensaver, to put on myspace or facebook, etc.. I have no idea what is appropriate for pricing for these uses. I don't want to lose print orders, but it seems the folks wanting downloads aren't buying prints anyway. Any suggestions on reasonable prices for 1mp, 4mp, or original?

Also, I have been working with a local franchise of a national high school sports magazine. I could potentially sell some photos there. What is a reasonable starting point? What are some factors that impact the price? Size in the magazine, location, etc? The magazine is brand new - just had their inaugural issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Jason

I think you should have a "MySpace/Facebook" pricing that gives them a really small version of the picture (1MP or smaller) for a certain price. Something they wouldn't want to print from anyway. I don't think you'll get more than $2-4 for something like that. Any more and they could just have taken it with their camera phone ;)

Screensaver is more difficult because they'll need something larger, and therefore big enough to get a good print from.
