I have been doing some research into hdr and think there is a lot of possibilities so I looked into various programs and started doing some research and wrote up some of my initial experiences. I hope you find it useful.

Thanks for all your effort here, both researching and posting -- I'm reading this just a few days after purchasing Photomatix, but would probably have ended up with it anyway (and totally loving it!).
