Probably very impractical, and in no way logical, I bought the camera that I have wanted for more than 6 years. Well, not the THE camera, but one that fits the bill (fullly manual camera), in this case, a Nikon FM2.
Its a lot of fun.
While I tried some Tmax and Tri X in an F50, I managed to screw up both rolls when developing them (not fatally, but they are pretty bad.) So I'm stuck using the cheap BW and consumer color films for now:
BW shot (I had to touch up massive scratches and dust on it:) Boosted contrast. "Lucky film company" ISO 100
Fujifilm Superia 200 (Lab developed)
Straight from the lab. Insane amounts of saturation. People don't look good.
I'd like to grab a full manual lens perhaps, but for now, I'm using a Nikon 50 1.4 or a 35 2

Congrat's on the new/older cam.
Have fun, that's what disposable money's all about.
Basking in the shadows of yesterday's triumphs'.
