I like the red of the wheels on the bikes, but the picture seems to lack sharpness or contrast. It seems like I'm looking through a grey haze.
#2 is great too. The statue in the forground gives it perspective and he looks like he's pointing to it or holding it up. It has something that makes me want to look longer.
#3 has great perspective and the repeating pattern of the windows. I like the yellow touches in the lights too. It has a lot to look at. The triangles above the door seem to point to the light in the center. A good focal point. I think this is my favorite.

I prefer 2 because you're engaged with the statue, you seem to follow his line of sight.
