welcome to the forum, nice shot,
blacks are overdone, always difficult on dark bees to get decent exposure. i usually under expose by 1 stop to try & keep detail in dark areas.

Nice capture - always think bees are one of the hardest subjects- they very rarely stop moving and often have extremes of tone causing exposure problems.
