Wow that spider scored well with the Bee
Nice and sharp too, it's got such long legs on it that spider!
Their venom must work pretty fast to paralyse the prey.
Gosh even your Dragonfly is eating dinner....... was it lunch time
Got some Great shots here ..... Skippy

At the time I found the spider I had been waiting for a Bee to come over and land on the flower right in front of me. Then I noticed a bee upside down under a different flowers pedals, so I moved over to it…. And there was the spider. I have been able to capture these spiders before, they always seem to be on white flowers? I wonder if it helps with the camouflage? MM

Thanks for the great comment. I am not qualified to teach, but I can tell you that getting a lower angel and using the sky as a back drop works for me. I am continuously having lighting issues with just flash or just natural light. The spider images have both natural and heavily defused flash. I was lying on the ground on my back facing up, with ants and mosquitoes biting me.
F11 or higher (the spider was f18) and if most of the frame is BRIGHTER then the subject bump up your EV (the spider is +2/3 EV). Thanks again. MM
