I like the composition.
For me there is some contradiction between the naturalness of the waters and the make-up and this 'thing' in her nose.
I'd also crop the top and the bottom (hair looks green), leaving only lips reflections.

I like the make up.. it adds an edgy feel to her.. I do agree about the crop.. maybe not including her whole reflection would draw you more into her...

Beautiful lighting. I think the whites of her eyes need the cyan removal treatment though. The overall color is to one's own discretion...depends on the mood you want. Love the color of her eyes. Very sexy and appealing.
