A portrait... sort of... I wasn't sure where to put this, but I'm in a rut and could use some critique.

First, pretty much as captured, then a more extreme processed version.

    I like your as captured better than your processed version. Shooting with lighting behind the subject is a very difficult technique to use. Generally what happens if you're not using center weighted metering is you get a perfectly exposed background and an under-exposed subject. Like I think you did in this case.

    Personally I'd go back and shoot again, I think you've got a subject that can really work for you. Maybe zoom in a little so you're getting from around the waist up. Wait for some nice yellow light or some really flat light to give it a spooky kind of feel. I like that effect in graveyard photos.

    Anyways, those are my thoughts for what they're worth.
