First pregnancy shoot

i have my first pregnancy shoot this Saturday.

Any advice?

    Pregnancy shots are easy, wait until you have to shoot a FAST moving baby ;o) Just have a look at some pics online to find some interesting poses.

    I like lots of side, almost behind, lighting.

    All about her
    Just like with a wedding the bride is the focus of attention, this is all about the bump....lots of creativity. I've done several of these now and I am taking more of a boudior/lingerie take on them.

    I used some sheer skin toned strech fabric on the last one, draped the mom with the fabric - tight on top, skimming the bump and then straight down to the floor with the fabric pooled at her feet with a mermaid feel and some dramatic lighti...they are stunning. She had her arms crossed for modesty across her bust.

    Are you doing these outdoors, indoor or in studio?

    some of both. start in the studio, then go outside to two or three locaitons.

    I've been trying to track down a maternity shoot that Jessica Claire did with Drew Bittel, but it must be archived as I can't find the whole thing. But the first shot on this page is one from that shoot, and I think it's very clever!
