Hi,

I have clients trying to access their wedding gallery and I've set and reset the password that was working earlier and it just says wrong password now. My site is brogen.com and it is a Private Gallery "Ashley & Joshua" Please help me find out why this is no longer working consistently. It seems to work some times but not others and at times takes a long time to authenticate.

EDIT: It seems to be occurring specifically with people who are trying to access the gallery via dialup connection...yes I know....but what are you going to do.

Thanks

Thanks it seems to be related to people on dial up access. I've had 2 different people on dial up be unable to connect.

Have you had them try it with you nickname link vs domain?

Thanks anyway. Both clients have said they would find a high speed connection. I've explained it would be very painful trying to view the hi-res shots (over 300 of them) on a dial up.
