Problem with getting into a smugmug acct

A fellow smug mugger is logging into account www.brucephotography.smugmug.com it is going directly to smug mug home page. What would cause this and how can we fix this? I logged into his account and see nothing out of the ordinary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:huh
