I love this shot. Tell me what you think. Any Tips for next time I go? This was shot with the old camera (Kodak DC265).

    Lovely colors - I would have moved the sun to the left or right of center and placed the horizon nearer the upper or lower horizontal third of the image depending whether I wanted to emphasize the water or the sky. Kind of like this......

    :( Alas I am not in florida. I am confined to michigan. That was taken while I was down there on my friends boat last November.

    Pathfinder - Maybe more like this then?

    Just compare it to your original picture and which one do you prefer?
    Most folks will prefer your second version - check out the rule-of thirds for composition on the these threads somewhere.

    K I know I have tons to learn about still but I really love photography and this new camera is so great. Even with its limitations. The second version that i cropped is way better than the original i agree.
