Thanks for the information. But I believe the programming change that was done on your side should have allowed my site and others to still function. I (we) setup the cname entry as we were origionally told. But now it does not work. I don't think it was very professional of smugmug to not allow the old documented procedure to work.

Hey John, we didn't change things yet

You were using nickname.smugmug.com which worked in an undocumented way, our instructions were to cname to www.smugmug.com

Are you all fixed up now, or do you need some help? If so, please let me know so we can get you going asap, okay?
