Pricing question for calendar photos

I've been asked to provide photos for a firefighting themed calendar .
They will be used as promotional material by a small local company and given away. The total printed will be 150. They will have one time rights to use in the calendar. I've read "Pricing Photography" and it's been a great help, I would just like some more opinions on a price point to start negotiating. Any other advice would also be appreciated! I'm meeting with the owner 9/17/08.
Thanks

What's the company that's going to give away the calendars? What is the nature of their business?
Could you possibly score any worthwhile "karma points" by donating the image they need? Or does the company in question have anything of value to you besides just money?
I'm asking because the budget and margins for such a small project gets me thinking there's precious little potential $ in this for anyone, so maybe you should evaluate this opportunity differently.
It's a firefighting equipment supplier and fairly small. I agree with you it probably will not bring in what I had hoped ( I had a range of $150- $300 per image). If nothing else, it does give me experience dealing with the business end of things! Thanks again for your input.
