second stage ,now have side markings and bit of colour. about half inch in length. still very active & unable to get any decent focus stacks.

They look like they belong under the sea Phil.
I'm just in awe of the unique design of these caterpilliars.
These are the only ones (HHD's) I've ever seen and I'm glad your sharing each stage with us, because I'm eager to see the rest as they grow.
