Need to cancel order for client!!!

[SIZE=+1]Hi - I am a pro user - valeriecook - I include $100 in prints for my wedding clients. Long story short they put the order in through smugmug - when they were supposed to give me the order directly. I need to see if I can cancel their order - it is order # 705359
Please let me know - I did email the help desk - I just wanted to be sure someone gets this message asap.

    This is exactly why I love Smugmug! I really appreciate it and will let the client know that it is cancelled.
