The Gentoo are coming back to the Palmer Station area, and are supper fun the watch and shoot. They are very curious and at one point walked over to see what was going on. They like to stay about 20ft away on land but in the water they are all over the place, quick too.
Here are a few that came over to see what 3 guys in orange where doing.
These guys had been squawking at each other for a bit before this, the one on the left must have lost the argument as he kinda walked of by himself for a bit.
I was curious as to why this guy had walked over by himself, well right after I took this he leaned forward an shot a poo out. I was kinda shocked and awed by what happend, but mostly just laughing.
Penguins move much faster in the water, I could have watched them all day swim around.
While not the best picture I like it for some reason.

With some luck in the next few weeks I'll get out with our visiting pro and see some more penguins.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
What Harry said. Very nice.
