dgrin challenge 38 is here. it will run from monday, 2nd 2005 at 12:00:01 a.m. nyc time, through monday, may 16th at noon nyc time. the guest judge for the challenge will be the winner of challenge 37, as determined by the voters.
remember, in order for everyone to benefit, you should be commenting and critiquing for others as much as you expect to get for yourself. you've got to give to get!
challenge 38 is about "one." one person, one tree, one star, one egg. one petal, one bee, one grain of sand. one ocean. one bicyclist, one runner, one surfer. but remember - you the artist will use this "one" and create through your photography the unmistakeable element of "one"
"frozen in the light"
this thread, is the one into which you post your challenge entry, and remember, one entry per person, and the photo must be fresh, taken during the challenge period. you must post the date the photograph was taken or it will be deemed ineligible.
all of the rules of the dgrin photo challenges apply, please read them!.
***challenge 38 will close to entries on monday, may 16th, 2005 at 12 noon nyc time***

I took this photo May 4, 2005 of model Ema Billings. The shoot was one I am doing for a bridal gown company. In between shots the models prepare. I snapped this candid as she reached for her shoe. To me it shows a Cinderella moment.
Taken with Olympus E1 digital.
I don't think I have to explain the significance of the "1" here, but the single glass slipper, and Cinderella ending up being the "1" for prince charming says it all.

nice to know mine was taken off! Care to explain?
sure. it's all in the rulez, laid out in the first post on this thread. your post had no shot date... and so was deleted. also, it was a bit large...
you may re-post a new shot up until the close of the challenge.
good luck
