SmugMug Help Search Not Working

From SmugMug Help, all search queries I run turn blank results. I've tried with FF and IE.

Is the Help Search down? :scratch

In the meantime, you might try issuing your search of the smug help pages by issuing the search in Google and specifying the site to be searched. For example:

change password site:www.smugmug.com/help

Google powers our help search results and we pay them an annual fee for it. They went down about midnight last night and it took about 16 hours to get a response from them, which was:

Hi everyone,
Sorry for my delayed response, we're looking into this now - thanks
for reporting. We suspect it's being caused by a recent change we
pushed.

That was a couple of hours ago.

We often get asked why we don't use Google for other services like we do Amazon or Akamai. This is why.
