I like this, the natural lines that are random but in order thumb.gif

the photo lacks "POP" IMO I think theres what they call atmospheric haze ne_nau.gif, and I believe you can fix it, but again I'm not the guy with enough expertise.

I can only tell ya what I see and feel, hope it helps :D

It's a nice idea - I like it! As the previous post mentions, it could use a little "pop". You could try increasing the contrast a bit (play with the levels). You could also try removing some of the haze. I've had luck using an unsharp mask filter with amount=20 and radius=50 (threshold=0) - with a huge radius like that it acts to increase the contrast. Here's a great article on the subject.

Was this an airplane shot (or copter, balloon?)? I like it, but I think the light may have been a bit too harsh to really bring out the details. Did you use a polarizer? :):

Nope my point and click dosent have any special things ;)

This was actually taken from a peak that we hiked. Bird Ridge. 3500 ft .

This shot is looking across the valley from the top.

Why not this pic for the challenge?
The peaks, the snow drifts, the colors of the mountains.
I think this one could work.

the mountain shot is very impressive, but i kinda like the field, especially the last version, cause it's different in a dreramy kind of way..
