Impromptu Beach Portrait

I usually shoot landscape and seascape shots and I would really like to learn more about portrait photography so while walking toward home along the beach a guy came up to me and asked if I would take his and his girlfriend's photo so I jumped at the chance. It was about 7:30 pm and all I had was my on camera flash. After taking the photo's I noticed I barely got much of the girl in the frame because she was a quite a bit shorter than the guy, I guess I should of backed off a little bit, any comments appreciated.

    It's a cute pic. Up your exposure in CS3 or Lightroom as they're about 3/4 stop under. Other than that...nice shot.

    Yeah they sitting on the beach watching the sunset and drinking wine, I guess that would make most people happy :):

    It's only 7:30 here, I don't know if I could handle the wine this early!
