Southwest in the Springtime help

Hi - any suggestions on the Spring-time month of choice for Bryce/Zion/Antelope and maybe over to Arches or Capitol Reef? I have a couple months off from work around then, but need to give my boss some firm dates soon. Directionally, I'm headed there and back from California, and maybe able to throw in some days around the Sierras or Death Valley.
