Liked the processing at first, but not 100% on it now, both are from near Belle Rose, LA.

The first shot I'm not too big on. I don't know if it is too muted or that the bridge just seems to be hanging out in space. Maybe the way the bridge was framed leads my eyes off the picture too quickly.

The second one is fantastic! The framing is spot on, and the way that you exposed it perfectly to add detail to the refinery but still keep detail in the clouds is wonderful. The smoke plume travels through the third keeps it balanced while the brightest part of the sky in the middle keeps drawing the eye back to the center to see what other details can be found. I'm glad that you cropped it to keep the null space down to an interesting amount but still show that the refinery is the subject. I like it a lot.

Thank you, the refinery picture has some flare towards the bottom, but isn't too bad. The bridge was around 1/2 mile away, and it had just rained, so it was still kind of hazy. I pulled over to see what was in this little canal, I figured it was a baby alligator, but it was actually two nutria swimming around, so I got these.
