    Might want to try lightening the shadows a little bit in the last shot.

    I enjoy seeing cormorants - I've only caught sight of them a couple of times, and didn't get a chance to take very good photos.

    nice shots of a juvenile cormorant! i've never been able to get that close to a young one...
