The Sun

Here is my first Astro Photo of the Sun. Not to bad but i am still improving on it. This was taken on a Canon EOS 1DMkIII through the Telescope

    Wow Phil, I like it, but it's missing something.
    The Sun has visible dark spots on it, but your shot doesn't have any.

    It's a great shot, I was lucky to get one last year because of the fires here, you could look at the sun through the smoke cloud and clearly see the Dark Sun spots as well.

    Thanks for that. Yes i have seen the sun spots as well. That was my first attempt but still learning. I have seen other photos with it in and i was hoping to get it as well. Practice makes perfect though. lol.
