I couldn't get him to smile, so it is only just a snapshot.

He says HI Skippy! HI Phyxius!

    Hi there,

Is Kelso a full Leonberger? Beautiful and terrific fur everywhere!

We are very excited to be welcoming a Leonberger into our lives next spring-summer. They're a wonderful breed.

    Take care,
    - Deanna

    Hi everyone, and thanks!
Kelso is a fabulous dog, wonderful gentle giant that wishes he were a lapdog. However, he is a mutt and not a purebred.
My in laws had a dog that looked much like this, and behaved like a leo. I researched leos, found that their disposition was exactly what I wanted from a dog but just couldn't afford one. I found an ad for

st. bernard x great pyrenees cross and had to check the pups out. The parents were actually

    dad: St. Bernard x Akita
    mom: St. Bernard x Pyr/lab

She had a dozen pups and they ranged from short haired chubby black lab look-alikes to brown akita looking pups to kelso! I don't have a puppy pic of him on smugmug, but he was gigantic and fluffy! Here are some other shots of him.

Awwwwww look at him, and hubby.... why isn't he in the kitchen whipping up an amazing meal??? did you give him some time off Ann rolleyes1.gif

Kelso is one very very spoilt Dog, he's so cute.

In the shot he looks like a big Dog, but he is a huge dog.
Ann's hubby is very tall, and trust me that dog is massive in size,
I've never seen a dog as big as Kelso, and so placid too.

Lovely shot Ann ....... sorry your not coming to play with us on the ShootOut this year, we'll miss ya.

All the best for the Soccer Games Ann thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

Get yourself some monofilament fishing line, couple of hooks, or some clear tape. Connect the monofilament line to each side of his mouth, and just pull to taste.

But why you would do this to Kelso is beyond me. :D

    Hi Maxine

Yes, the dh needed some down time on a lovely Saturday afternoon. We visited a farmers market that morning and had a peck of fresh veg and fruit for him to think about. Sunday we had the MOST DELICIOUS roasted beet dish ever!

I am going to miss being at the shootout too! :cry but it is the kids last go, and I've been with him every step of the way til now.
