:D Well went to photo walk at Rawalpindi a city of Pakistan. Islamabad and Rawalpindi are also known as Twin Cities. Some cricket fans may have heard it before. City is full of people and old architecture and people still live in them. Streets are narrow but these houses are very spacious.

Architecture is about to vanish

Great series !! Colors and detail of the architecture is amazing...I really love the kids and the spiral staircase...Great composition...

Curious, but is there any concern for you walking around with the expensive camera gear in some of these areas ?

    Cheers

    Howdy Awais,

What a wonderful series of images, so much color and interesting subjects.

What a mix between the Old and New, and the B&W images are very strong also.

So very nicely done Awais, I always love seeing where you live through your eyes.

    Kindest Regards,

    Craig
    Take care,

Lot of texture. I like the shot of the stair case. But somehow, I wish that the field of view was wider for such a tight/cramped setting like this. I think a wider fov would make the viewer feel more like they are in the scene.

Great stuff as usual, you really excel at this type of photography (I don't have a name for it, but you do it very well!).

    Hi Dave thank you.
Most of the times there is no issue about carrying expensive gear. Issue arise in man less areas or in very odd timings. Most of the cities in Pakistan are safe in this regard except Karachi that is huge city but again crowded areas are fine to work in.
