theme question

Hi,
I just started a new gallery called Chums http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/6048375_gNLoX#378971134_Fmpzq and am trying to change the theme to what my others are which is Black & White. It says that's what I have but it isn't.
Also, what happened to the feature photo option? And how do I change the order of the galleries?

Got it for feature photo & thanks. But though "chums" says Black & White I'm wondering why it doesn't look like the theme on all my other galleries that say "Black & White" but have the grey background. I created them so long ago I forgot if I made some other alteration to the theme??
