Another Feedback Request...

All,

I just got a decent camera, not a dSLR..but an advanced point & shot. These are are 2 of the first images I took. Want feedback & suggestions. No post-processing to speak of....

    The second is excellent. The first could use a PP(Post Processing) ND(Neutral Density)on the sky with + exposure comp on the rest.
