What was your goal with this shot?

The sky doesn't look realistic to me.

    The "Good"...
It's nice and sharp, exposure is excellent.

    The "Bad"...
Although the building is apparantly the main subject, you have a lot of distracting elements in the photo. The yellow cables on the left, the telephone wires on the right, the metal rods on the rooftop...

    The "???"...
The sign on the front of the building can't be easily read, so if you are trying to show what this building is, your viewing audience still has little idea other than it's a brick building somewhere on earth with a sign in front of it. I would suggest trying to pick the features you want to highlight and focusing on them, rather than trying to show the entire building. The entryway with the flag and covered porch seem interesting. If you can't reshoot, then I'd try cropping and some cloning to remove the less desirable elements.

    Cheers,
