Beautiful dog. Do you take him with you on bird shoots?

By the way, I really like the soft contrast that you seem to be trying lately.

Thanks...I'll tell him.:D Yep...he goes a lot...not always but most times. Smart as a whip! Since it is in his genes to lead it took a bit to teach him to lag. Now he wouldn't pass me up for anything...even bacon.

That's thanks to Lightroom and Nik Sharpener Pro...two new tools of mine. clap.gif

Love the bird pics. :): I'd guess the gull is a juvenile Mediterranean Gull, Ichthyaetus melanocephalus, based on the tail band and bill ring, but it's hard to tell with juvies.

What lens did you use for the long shots?

Nice work. I also like the first shot overall. Also a great seagull photo. There are so many seagulls photographed that it isn't easy to get a shot of one that stands out. I like this one thumb.gif Just the right turn of the head and wing position.

I can't make any objective comments on the GSP ne_nau.gif .

    Thanks, Brenton. :D

He just popped in front of me and posed for about a minute...which is almost like forever with these little ones.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

A Canon 400 DO IS lens with 1.4x was used for all shots.

The birds see Winslow as far less of a threat than me.
